“Electoral campaign at the finish line: peculiarities of the political agitation and the use of administrative resource.”

The participants of the press-conference will present results of monitoring the State Duma electoral campaign in November, share findings of media monitoring, and assess major tendencies of the electoral campaign’s final stage.

Representatives of “GOLOS” Association will answer questions related to the contents of their third Election Observation Report on findings of long-term election observation.

The main attention will be given to the following issues of the campaign period:

-   abuse of the administrative resource;
-   most common violations of the Election law;

Experts will provide their comments on the result of public election monitoring of the campaign and will answer journalists’ questions.
